Welcome to our temporary mountain sanctuary on a hill high above Coral Bay, St John.  The air is cooler, the view is unbeatable, and the wild goats and donkeys are your new neighbors. Most everything you need is at the villa, but there are beautiful beaches and delicious restaurants minutes away.

Things to do on St John and St Thomas

There are numerous activities to enjoy on both islands. It is recommended that if you have a few places to check off on St Thomas, plan it for whole days. The cost to commute (whether by car or on foot) can be costly.

Top Activities on St. John

Since you are staying in a mountain villa, St. John’s 

Virgin Islands National Park

will be your primary playground.

Trunk Bay Underwater Snorkel Trail: Adults and kids can follow a 225-yard underwater trail with plaques identifying marine life. It features a snack bar, restrooms, and lifeguards.
 
Maho Bay (Sea Turtle Spotting): This beach has very shallow, calm water and seagrass beds where you can regularly see sea turtles. It’s perfect for kids to wade and for adults to snorkel at a relaxed pace.
 
Annaberg Sugar Plantation Ruins: A great historical stop where kids can participate in the Junior Ranger program (pick up workbooks at the Cruz Bay Visitor Center) and explore 18th-century ruins.


Floating Food Experiences: Take a boat to 

Lime Out, a floating taco bar in 
Coral Bay, or order from 
Pizza Pi, a pizza sailboat often found in 
Christmas Cove.


Nature Hikes: The Lind Point Trail is an easy walk from Cruz Bay to Honeymoon Beach, suitable for most ages and offers great views of the harbor.

St. Thomas offers more developed attractions that are ideal for high-energy days.
